Siff continued her education at Bryn Mawr College where she received a BA degree in English in 1996. Following her graduation from Bryn Mwr College, Siff received her MFA in Acting at New York University's Tisch School of the Arts. After finishing her studies, she began acting in the regional theater. She was awarded the Barrymore Award for 1998 for her performance with the Lantern Theater Company in "Ghosts" the play by J.M. Ibsen production.
